The following attributes have been added:

-- floor_area_m2: corresponds to the estimated floor area in squared meters. It is calculated as the
product of the footprint area multiplied by the height and divided by 3.

-- rooftop_pv_potential_MWh_per_y: estimated rooftop photovoltaic (PV) potential in MWh. 
   If the building is residential, 25% of the rooftop area is considered useful area for PV. 
   If the building is non-residential, 40% of the rooftop area is considered useful area for PV.

-- pv_json: it is a json field that includes additional attributes related to the PV estimations. 
  - technical_capacity_KWp: the potential technical capacity of a roof in KWp. It is estimated
  as the useful rooftop area for PV multiplied by the power density, which is equal to 
  234.19 Wp/m2. Module effiiciency considered is 22%. 
  - potential_pvgis_KWh_per_KWp: yearly PV energy production in KWh per KWp according 
  to PVGIS for a 20 degree-pitched roof facing south assuming 14% of system losses. 
  
At the moment, Czechia and Italy lack the PV-related attributes. They will be made 
available in the following weeks.

To simplify licensing management, two small authoritative data sources in Prague, 
Czechia and Abruzzo, Italy have been removed and replaced by data extracted by 
OpenStreetMap and Microsoft Buildings when applicable. 

This results in the following changes compared to the data presented in the report 
for the release of DBSM R2025:
