20191018 RBI This folder contains the measurements available for AQMEII4. Datasets are available for: - GAS_AEROSOL - OZONESONDES - METEOROLOGY - DEPOSITION - PREC_CHEM There is (will be) a folder for each of them. Within each folder, the measurements are organized in one folder for each domain and year (the "domain folder"). Each domain and year is associated to one set of Ensemble sequences (xxx1 for grids, xxx6 for receptors): NA2010 --> 0241, 0246 NA2016 --> 0251, 0256 EU2009 --> 0341, 0346 EU2010 --> 0351, 0356 ============================ METEOROLOGY ============================ Data are from the ISD-Lite archive of NOAA (https://www1.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/noaa/isd-lite/isd-lite-technical-document.txt), derived from the ISD archive (https://www1.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/noaa/) Such data include the following parameters that were extracted: - pressure - air temperature - dew point temperature - wind direction (10 deg resolution) - wind speed - one-hour accumulated precipitation Wind direction has 10 deg resolution (i.e. wind direction between 85 and 95) is stored as wind from 90 deg. Wind from north is stored as 360. Calm wind is stored as -9 for direction and 0 for speed. Missing wind information is stored as -9 both for wind and speed Data processing is in /home/ensemble/aqmeii4_meteo and on Enviroware's GitHub.
